If, having booked a 'Best Internet Price' reservation, you are able to find a lower price on the internet for the same dates at the same hotel in the same room type we will, at our choice and subject to verification, either match that better price or cancel your reservation without charging a cancellation fee.

To take advantage of this Best Internet Price guarantee you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of booking your 'Best Internet Price' reservation. You will need to provide us with sufficient information to enable us to verify the better price together with details of how you found it. Active Hotels cannot match any price or waive any cancellation fee where the availability of the better price cannot be reasonably verified.
