We have directly negotiated with hoteliers an Exclusive Price available on the internet. If, having booked an 'Exclusive Internet Price' reservation you are able to find a lower price on the internet for the same dates, at the same hotel in the same room type, we will, at our choice and subject to verification, either match the lower price or cancel your reservation without charging a cancellation fee.

To take advantage of the 'Exclusive Internet Price' guarantee you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of booking your 'Exclusive Internet Price' reservation. You will need to provide us with sufficient information to enable us to verify the better price together with details of how you found it. Active Hotels cannot match any price or waive any cancellation fee where the availability of the better price cannot be reasonably verified.
